2. Country of domicile & governing law
The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.
3. Eligibility
Minors under 18 years of age are not permitted to register on, or transact through, this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Restricted countries
Trading or services will not be provided to any of the countries or persons sanctioned under OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) regulations, or otherwise restricted under applicable United Arab Emirates law.
5. Products & pricing
Aesthetic Loft specializes in furniture and home & lifestyle products. We strive to keep all descriptions, images and prices accurate and up to date, but do not warrant that they are entirely free from errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time without prior notice.
6. Payment methods & currency
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. Prices are displayed on the website in the currency you select at checkout (AED, USD, EUR, GBP or CHF). The price and currency shown at checkout will match the amount on your transaction receipt and the amount charged to your card. The default settlement currency is the UAE Dirham (AED); where another currency is displayed, the amount may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate. Aesthetic Loft does not store any card details on its servers.
7. Orders
By placing an order you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we detect inaccuracies, suspected fraud, or a breach of these terms.
8. Account & cardholder responsibilities
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. Cardholders must retain a copy of their transaction records and of these Terms & Conditions and our policies.
9. Shipping & delivery
Please see our Shipping & Delivery policy. We aim to ship as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Returns, refunds & cancellations

11. Intellectual property
