Eligibility

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Custom or personalised items are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return address: Business Center, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

How to initiate a return or exchange

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
2. Wait for approval: we will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
3. Return the item securely packaged to the address provided.
4. Receive your refund or exchange: once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund or ship the exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and, depending on your bank or card issuer, may take between 10 and 45 days to appear on your statement.

Return shipping costs

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
• For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund and cover the return shipping.

Non-returnable items

• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items marked “final sale” are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please check with your bank or card issuer first. If you have done so and still have not received it, contact us at [email protected].
