Aesthetic Loft ships worldwide, and shipping is free of charge on all orders — there are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.

Payment confirmation

Once your payment is made, a payment and order confirmation notice is sent to you by email immediately after the payment is received — and in any case within 24 hours of receipt of payment. This email confirms both your order and your payment. A second email containing your tracking number is sent once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of payment being confirmed.

Estimated delivery times

United Arab Emirates & GCC: approximately 5–8 business days.
International (rest of the world): approximately 7–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, holidays or high-demand periods. Our main courier partners are ED Post, DHL and FedEx.
